Do you sometimes feel you do not have enough energy to get through the day? Do you ever feel fatigued, drained and cannot cope? Do you ever feel like your life is spiraling out of control and then wonder why do you do not feel your best? I can completely relate. When my health started to deteriorate and did not know why, I just kept the same day to day routines and expected a miracle that one day I would wake up and everything would be perfect. Back in the year 2000, I had my life scare. I was feeling out of sorts everyday; dizzy, temperature change fluctuations, palpations, extreme fatigue, undesired body changes and panic attacks, just to name a few. I was diagnosed with hypothyroid and was prescribed medication which I took faithfully every day. After a couple of weeks, I was still not feeling well. Then it happened, the scare. I could not breathe, literally. My throat was closing. I was brought to the hospital emergency room three days in a row. As it turned out, I was experiencing a severe allergic reaction to the medication I was taking! As I followed all of the doctor’s protocols to the letter, my symptoms kept deteriorating until I was unable to take most allopathic medications.
I knew I had to find another solution. There had to be another way. Then what I believe to be divine intervention happened. I was lead to wonderful people that explained holistic modalities to me and I decided to give it a try. As I followed all recommendations given to me, I started to notice relief of some of my symptoms. After a couple months, I had almost complete relief. In fact, I had more energy, more desirable body changes, no palpitations, no temperature change fluctuations or panic attacks. I felt like my old self again, but even better!
I realized that I had complete control of my body. If I was having a bad day, then I felt that way physically. If I was having a great day, I felt like I was on top of the world! There you have it, I thought. I am in complete control of my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual self. I am empowered to be in constant awareness of my own body and am able to recognize any changes that I was experiencing and was able to adjust various holistic modalities to achieve complete balance-homeostasis.
During my experience, I came to the realization that I did not want anybody to feel the way I felt or have to go through the same experiences to achieve optimal health. That is when I decided to receive education from different institutions on various holistic modalities not only to help myself and my family, but to help all people who desire to achieve optimal health with an integrative approach.
I have personally witnessed with myself, family members, friends, colleagues and clients, experience complete healing from debilitating ailments with an integrative approach to their health through necessary lifestyle changes. Because of these experiences, it is my desire and mission by creating Neos Zoe, LLC “New Life Through Balanced Living”, to help each individual to achieve complete homeostasis by educating them through my teachings of various holistic practices to empower themselves through their healing journey on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Each session is customized for each individual to achieve optimal health, harmonious living and lifestyle choices.
Since everything changes; introduction of allopathic medications, dietary guidelines, etc, I am committed to my own personal growth and continuing education to keep myself on the frontier of innovative holistic solutions.
